Student Participation
We encourage personal experiences in our classes however we ask this you refrain from instructing other students any 'tricks' you may of either learnt at our classes or another school.
As instructors we have the knowledge and experience to know when a student is ready for progressions and are fully trained in all techniques.
We would rather the risk of injury is minimised by following this policy and please respect our wishes.
If you see another student performing a 'trick' you haven't yet learnt again please refrain from trying this your self and wait for an instructor.
Time Keeping
We ask that you are punctual to all of your classes.
If you are late by 10mins or more you may be refused entry to the class. as there may be an increased risk of injury that may be a result to not being warmed up enough to join the class.
If you have missed the majority of the warm up or completely you will only be able to watch the session and no refund will be issued if the instructor refuses to teach you.
Inappropriate behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse entry to our studios and classes if there is inappropriate behaviour by a guest or member.
this could be but not exclusive to under the influence of alcohol or drugs, inappropriate language, shouting or aggressive behaviour.
Cancelling a class
If you need to cancel a class this must be cancelled with 24hrs notice, less than 24hrs notice will result in losing your class credit.
If we need to cancel a class due to low numbers or staff illness we will give you as much notice as possible, you will be able to use your credits against any other class on the timetable, there is no credit extensions, refunds or transfers in this circumstance.
Health Screening
You are advised not to attend any lessons if you are aware of any injury/illness and other conditions which may affect your participation, and if doing so attend the lesson at your own risk.
We also ask that you are in general good health at the time of the lesson and have eaten recently that day, also drink plenty of fluids.
Physical contact may be necessary by the instructor; if you are unsure about this or any element of the class you can speak to the instructor about this before or during the lesson, or contact Lisa on 07506674748 before hand.
You will be required to fill out a disclaimer form and health questionnaire before the session, keeping the instructor informed of any changes throughout your time at Totally Pole Dancing.
All details are kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Cancellation Policy for Memberships
All terms and conditions highlighted in this policy must be adhered to, any changes are at the discretion of Lisa Hickey Owner of Totally Pole Dancing & Active Air Fitness and any Policy changes will be made in writing and published on our websites.
FULL COURSE PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF BOOKING.
Silver Membership T&Cs & Cancellation Policy

This membership bills every 4 weeks. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. 28days notice is required to end membership prior to cancellation of Direct debit mandate.
Gold Membership T&Cs & Cancellation Policy

This membership will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on event(s)/class(es) offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. This membership cannot be refunded. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Refer to Class registrations cancellation policy for individual sessions.

24hrs notice is required when un-registering for class registrations, if less than 24hrs notice is given then the class registration is forfeited.
